Now live! I just ordered one! But I’m looking through the instructions and I see the recommendation to use PETG, ABS or PC to print the back parts - but is PETG enough? I just warped the heck out of a PETG printed spool in my dryer (Space Pi x4) even though it was on PLA settings. Maybe I tolerate the fumes for the ABS just once to get the parts made? (ironic!)

PETG should be fine. The exhaust won’t see anything about 50c (maybe 65c) at most and PETG doesn’t soften until something like 70c+.
If it gives you any more confidence, my X1C has a PLA exhaust vent adapter that I’ve been running for over a year with no issue. It was a prototype that ended up becoming permanent.
If you really want to be sure, you are perfectly okay to make it out of ABS. If you’re concerned enough about the fumes, don’t stay in the room while it’s printing and crack a window to let in some fresh hair when the print is done. That much exposure won’t hurt you.
