P2S false "clogged nozzle"notifications

Hi all,

I’ve been happily printing the past 2 weeks since I received my my P2S. Mainly PLA and ABS. Yesterday, halfway during my longest print until now (8,5 hours, ABS), I kept receiving “clogged nozzle” error notifications, but after checking there was absolutely no sign of clogged nozzle. Filament extruded perfectly, and I could resume print and print result was absolutely perfect.

Any ideas? maybe an over-active extruder sensor of some kind? I used a good quality of ABS filament, chamber temp was high, fan low, and no signs of (partial) nozzle obstruction…

The AI detection just sucks. I get a “foreign object on build plate” warning every second print and there is not even an option to disable it. Bambu claim they will improve it… hope for the best.

Same for me.

Had this on medium and low settings with kingroon and geeetech filament.

Resume always worked up until today, the pause with a PETG prints caused more damage than necessary.

Switched it off now, hope this will be tuned in the future!
