Hello All,
I got my new P2S Combo just a couple of days ago and started to notice some loud sound (I think it was already there when I got it).
My Hotend Fan ist making a loud vibrating noise when running.
I disassembled the fan and duct and it runs with way less vibrations so I guess the noise is coming from the tool head itself. You can hear it outside of the printer very good when in idle (nozzle just set to 50 degree Celsius)
I created a ticket for BambuLab, they sent me a new toolhead board as a replacement but nothing changed. The fan itself is the original one.
Did anyone else come across this? Is it a normal sound? I would really appreciate if some P2S owners can tell me if this is the usual sound
Here is a video of the sound:

P2S owner Italy. Good evening.
No, sound Is NOT usual.
Are you sure that no filament fragment or other material entered fan? Not easy to appreciate the noise from video, but It seems a blades fiction noise. Let ne know
Hey, thanks for the response. No, there is nothing inside the fan blocking it or something else. I disassembled it completely to check it. The noise is just there when it’s assembled, seems like it’s a vibration sound or something like that.
Hmm, i can not hear any abnormal sound in the video?
I have put a tiny drop of oil into the fan‘s bearings and this already decreased the noise by 5 DB. It’s still noticably there but it’s better than before. I think the fan itself just is damaged
To me sounds normal, sounds like a fan. My P2S makes the same noise, and like I mentioned just sounds like an internal fan spinning. Maybe the volume on my speakers aren’t turned up enough
I had a problem crop up last night printing a design which makes it output a loud vibrating sound (sounds like the left printer case panel) when printing round tree supports on a certain design, with all other designs being fine.
