If you mean the US, then I am not upset. Because I’m not from the US. But I’m upset because Bambu lab is not sold in my country, so I have to wait for months for a delivery.
You should consider yourself fortunate not to have wasted time on the P2S. The reliability and stability of this machine are truly appalling. I am genuinely puzzled by the promotional videos from those YouTubers/influencers; it is severely misleading to consumers that not a single one of these numerous bugs was mentioned, seriously skewing buying decisions.
I have been using the machine for almost a week, and I have found it completely unusable for my intended work, which is now at a standstill. It is currently resting in its packaging, awaiting the return process. I strongly encourage you to use translation software (either text or voice) to review the related user experiences on Chinese social media platforms

Apparently this is due to a logistics issue according to tomshardware and bambu labs x account

Would you mind elaborating? I have the P1S and it works quite well. By all accounts, the P2S should be an upgrade. Are you comparing it to another Bambu printer, when you talk about its faults?
Thank you for your review. You can NOT trust the Youtubers who are given free machines from the manufacturers to post reviews. They are always going to lie and hide things. Just ask everyone whose backed EufyMake. I want to hear from actual users who paid for their machines. I was holding out for the PS2 but now I think I will pick up the PS1 and by the AMS pro separately. I have backed the Snapmake U1 but won’t get it until March.
Please, keep your P1S.
I use the P2S a lot, and this is just a part of the massive number of failures I’ve encountered. The P2S is a landmine of a product. It’s a Frankenstein monster, pieced together purely to compete in the market. It cannot even be called a commercial product.
I am certain they spent a huge amount on marketing this time, but even that can’t hide its abysmal quality. I even feel this product is the result of internal politics at Bambu. It seems like nobody actually cares about the product’s quality; they are all just fighting for decision-making power.
Furthermore, my experience with their customer support is that the staff are just sitting on the sidelines watching the chaos, and then passing the buck.
Incidentally, I’ve also realized something: a huge number of content creators are saying things they don’t truly believe, just for the money. Maybe they aren’t directly lying, but they use linguistic tricks to omit facts and hide the truth. All I can say is, Bambu Lab must be paying them far too much.
Just now, I ran into another issue: an exceptionally sharp noise coming from the idler. Although they say lubricating it again might fix it, why doesn’t the P1S idler have all these strange problems?
The P2S feels more like a shoddy toy that constantly needs to be repaired, not a productivity tool that you can use right out of the box.
I want to add one more point: all of my complaints about the P2S stem from the fact that its quality does not match its price, and at this stage, it cannot be used for stable production.
However, if this product sold for $300, I would gladly call it: The Beacon of Human Enlightenment, Fixing machines makes me happy…
I’m usually pretty lazy and don’t write this much online, but this disastrous experience with the P2S, both the product and the after-sales service, has just been really unpleasant

Hmm. Im receiving mine (US) tomorrow. Now idk what to do or think after reading a couple threads here. Im new to 3d printing and i really wanted to get this p2s and just enjoy printing.
Yeah, you are a little late to the party.
There was a solid delay, but it is available in the US now. (1st week of november if I remember correctly)
