Hi, I bought P2S last January.

My printer run time is 300hour but, it seems like it’s broken

I attach video when nozzle contact purge and sound like broken.

So. how can I fix it?? ;(

The purge chute is at a fixed height and the nozzle is at a fixed height - neither should move vertically so they should never contact.

Is your nozzle perhaps installed wrong and sitting much lower than it should be?

Edit: I just saw your second video, that kind of intermittent extrusion really points toward a nozzle issue.

I was installed hotend correctly.

To solve this problem, I will change new hotend??

We need more pictures, the videos do not show the impact that’s happening.

Please post pictures of the extruder with the fan cover removed.

Also do bed leveling calibration, it may help
