I printed over 300 hours without problems and today I moved my printer around 3 meters into another room. After that I ran all the calibrations (with the plate and the same nozzle).
Than I printed for around 4 hours without problems and since my last print, the nozzle crashes into my plate, scratches it and even moves it around. The printer than stops with an extruder overload error.
I changed nothing and its the same plate and nozzle as always, the same filament, all the same. I even dryed the filament and washed the plate

I would definitely file a ticket. Did you upgrade or change firmware? Not normal in any way so be sure to open a ticket.

I did indeed open a ticket just before posting here. But looking into the weekend I thought maybe someone here has an idea. I would imagine it takes bambu some time to respond to tickets.
But no, I did no updates in the last time. As I got my printer, I did some, but thats like 300 hours print time in the past 
I was just asking. One of the usual suspects. I’m not that familiar with the P2, I am guessing it’s using USB. Had any issues with that lately?

Actually never used the USB port. I start everything from my PC or the bambu app.

Manual bed tramming did the trick.
But still don’t know what it caused, as it worked flawlessly before, even after the relocation.
