This is a brand new printer that has only been used for less than two hours over the course of three days at home.
Yesterday everything was fine. Today, when I tried to start printing, the toolhead hit the wall.
I restored and calibrated it, but the issue persists.
I’ve just opened a ticket, so no response so far.
Additionally, a warning about the extrusion motor overloading (0300-801E054203) appeared today during the same printing attempt.
Not sure but have to do the updates yet.
Also, if it keeps happening, open a support ticket, mate.
The problem has been fixed. The issue was not with the printer itself. It looks like I used the wrong presets for the model.
Sorry for the false alarm.
