A small bug probably, as in the topic, after calibration finishes the fan keeps running, which is not an issue after the print finishes, so it seems its a bug in calibration logic.
It’s a known bug with the Ventobox in the current P2S firmware. They are aware of it, and I would expect a fix in the next firmware release.
