P2S Will not Sync and not loading Filament list

I have 2ea P1S with 1 AMS each and I also have 1 P2S with 2 AMS2 PRO each AMS Pro has their own power external power supply.
The I have had the pair of P1S for some time now, I just received the P2S and AMS set.
Now that you are caught up with bull crap. Maybe you can tell me a few things.

  1. After Clicking on the my P2S (FIG 1. “C”) in the device screen then go back to the Prepare screen It jumps back to a P1S, (FIG 2. “A”) then try to Sync Info I get a pop up telling me “The currently connected printer on the device is not a P1S. Please switch to P1S before syncing” **
  2. Why in the device screen AMS Material Setting pull down (Fig 1. “D”) None of my filament are in here but are in my P1S and I found no way to add them.

Okay, I don’t normally reply to my own post but on another site I got an answer to part of this. Not being able to sync. On Fig 2 “A” Apparently you can click on that and choose to your P2S To give you the ability to choose this one before syncing. That resolved that issue. Now the issue with the mapping of all my other filaments in this particular device and AMS has not been resolved. There’s no need to discuss the non sync problem.
