My AMS has a piece of filament stuck that extends all the way to the print nozzle. I have removed and cleared the print nozzle but cannot pull the piece of filament from the AMS to the ptint nozzle. How to proceed.
Disconnect the ptfe tube then push another piece of filament in until you can grab the original piece and pull it out.
