I need some help with PA getting stuck.
I got PA6 from Thermatec to make tests.
I had this dryed in a pro oven before starting…
I went with Standard settings to start. The first testprints went totally fine.
Roll is on the auxiliary roll holder because it doesn’t fit the AMS.
Now, it keeps jamming every time.
The filament keeps getting snake-stuck between Filament sensor and nozzle.
after 2-3mm of print height the printer could be pushing too hard or the heat creeps into the Filament and its going soft early.

i have to wait for a new sensor now. that cable does not tolerate more than 5 times of repair. 
I promise you aren’t getting heat creep with PA, and especially not on an H2.
Three things - is the movable guide between the sensor and the hotend all the way down into the correct position? There shouldn’t be much of a gap between the guide and the filament inlet on the hotend, so the filament is forced to go into the hotend and nowhere else.
Secondly, are you 100% sure your hotend is installed properly? Is the clip latched with the skinny part of the right section inside the middle opening of the left section?
Third, is your hotend temperature correct during the print? Watch what it says on screen, in case some setting is lowering the temperature to the point where the material won’t extrude.
Fourth, check your filament diameter.

Pretty sure you set the printing temperature or purging temperature of this PA too low.

i have to wait for replacement parts to arrive..
What i already checked:
- the removable guide between the sensor is mounted in completely.
- the hotend clip latch is correct according to pictures.
- the hotend was behaving normal during the test prints (pic). i was not watching it the whole time..
the testprint is more complicated than the actual part i want to print 
i have just used Bamboolabs standard PA printing settings..
I have not changed any of the customizable Temp settings. since testpart looked good already…
I did not modify the temps beside two places
i changed just the two settings according to Filament manufacturer:
chamber temp down from 60° to 58°
Buildplate Temp down from 90° to 80°
Do not use the manufacturer settings, they often set these settings based on much slower machines.
On high speed machines you need to boost the temperature up. Usually at the higher end of acceptable printing temperature. The recommended temperature range for this filament is 260-290C, so you should start a temperature tower from 290C and see how it goes then get your own printing temperature calibration.
Check your recommended nozzle temperature settings, see if it’s max at 300C. Usually the printer would follow this, if you set the filament type correctly. Also when you’re using non-bambu filaments, you should set the filament type on printer manually using printer’s screen to make sure it’s purging with the right temperature.

Okay. thanks for the help so far. i managed to replace the zapped TP board and got back to testing.
I went on with a few high temp tests as suggested.
i set min 290°C max 295°C nozzletemp.
also i tuned down the max. volumetric speed mm/s from 8mm/s to 5mm/s
I then ran bamboolabs Flow Dynamics calibration in manual mode. which turned out fine.
Still.. when i then slice my real file and hit print i will create the clog / jam again every time.
I double checked my gcode to have the right temp.
I have observed nozzle temperature during the last prints and feel like it is completely staying within the specified temp.
pics of the jammed filament ends and one failed print. (this one has a extra beefy raft.. but i have tested this without that raft.. )
i guess 5mm/s Max. Volumetric extrusion did the trick for now. i am in 15% print and it has not stopped due to extrudermotor error. yet 
have you set the filament type in printer?
also measure your filament thickness using a caliper
