Bambu Labs has no customer service at all. Great way to get new customers excited is when they find out they ordered the wrong thing and were mislead by a combo deal that said P1S thinking it was X1 Carbon and Eco Flow together. Then not be able to contact anyone to change it before it ships. I don’t want the P1S. I don’t even need the Eco Flo thing. But it was a combo and mislead me. Only just after the 2 hour window to cancel I realized it wasn’t the right thing and I can’t cancel or talk to anyone.
This just happened to me. I live in Malta, and it looks like the printer was returned to Germany (where it shipped from) about two days after it was sent.
I was really looking forward to this printer and had ordered a bunch of filament (that looks to arrive tomorrow).
Very disappointing. 
I’ve sent a support ticket and will update when I hear.
The filament and other accessories just arrived. I haven’t heard anything back from Bambu Labs yet.
I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve contacted Bambu lab on Saturday via the live chat which isn’t able to help because they say open the ticket which I did after the chat has ended. So far, no communications from Bambu. Have sent them a deadline until tomorrow evening to give me a plausible answer to tell me where the package is or having the package delivered until Wednesday evening. Otherwise, I’m going to get my payment partner involved to get my money back.
What carrier is it and what does tracking show? Also, welcome to the forum!
It was thankfully shipped via DHL.
Thursday I’ve received another tracking number in my DHL app from another logistics company which I couldn’t sort to any of my recent orders. Just now it turned up in my bamboo order as a 3. Shipment. It’s delivery is planed for tomorrow… let’s see what’s in the box if it arrives…

That’s was unexpected, both packages arrived today a big one with the printer, the second one I couldn’t really interpret on the photo.
Exited to see what’s in it after work.
