Parametric Model Maker - Timeout on simple SCAD

Is the MakerLab Parametric model Maker Server overloaded?
Trying to finalize design but I’m getting “Request Timeout” error
Model I’ve previously and went without issues through is throwing same error now

Edit 11/08:
Even simple keychain generators are failing on 3mf exports. Can somebody turn server off and on again?

I encountered the same issue — even with a simple model, it still resulted in a “Request Timeout” error, and no matter how much I optimized it, there was no improvement.

I am also having the same issue. Exporting as STL still works however, 3mf’s are empty.

Tried simplest models - it still crashed out. Looks like server issue
@BambuLab - any info ?

I tried testing with public models and found that the issue doesn’t seem to be related to model complexity, but rather that 3MF files with colors can’t be exported. If I unify the colors, the export works. However, my model has complex coloring, and without automatic coloring it would be a lot of trouble, so I’m not sure how to fix this.

@VanishVulpes , You are right, Just checked:
color with RGB reference - error
color with “string” reference - error
no color callouts - completes 3mf export
That pretty much kills all my current customizable designs and most of incoming ones and makes model maker borderline useless for anything requiring more than 1 color.
Question would be if that change is on purpose to limit load on servers due to all the keychains generated or some misconfigured SCAD deployment during updates

This happens from time to time.

Give it a couple of hours, and chances are it will be fine.

Im getting errors on the sweeping 2 line model. It won’t generate. Anyone else having issues?
