Generally this error is caused because of a corrupt G-Code file. If it’s happen often, that could be an indicator of a defective SD Card where the files are stored during print. Two remedies exist for this, the first is to simply reformat the card using the printer’s format utility accessible from the printer menu. If that doesn’t solve it, try another SD Card.

format SD card, try again
If still fails, replace SD card.

Any recommendation for SD Card Brand ?
I am pretty sure I have a SanDisk in the printer
I have restarted my P1S & now it’s working
It’s only an SD Card and only used for transient files, not archiving per se. So really any SD Card will do.
Having said that, there is a class of SD Cards called High Endurance which are specifically designed for surveillance cameras which constantly overwrite their data. This is not too dissimilar an application to how the printer SD card is used. But again, you’re overspending if you get one. I am guilty as charged as I will only trust SanDisk SD Cards for critical applications even though this isn’t one of those applications. 
I also use SanDisk Extreme for Cameras where speed counts. Again, that’s not what counts for a PS1. The Bambu implementation of the upload protocol is slower than USB 1.0 so any speed advantage is wasted which is another reason any crappy SD Card will do just fine.

The one memory card I can categorically warn people away from is PNY. I’ve lost more critical data because they use inferior technology. BTW: Sandisk has most of the early Patents on NV Memory which is why they stand out in the crowd. Samsung is number 2 but they really don’t have a high endurance offering.
What about when not using a SD card. I am printing directly from the Bambu Stupido app on MAC. I will periodically see this error once in a while. However, I resend the file to the printer and not works fine. I don’t replace the file just resend and it works. This has to be a Bambu Network printing issue, no?

For the P1 series at least, that is not an option. The printer uses the SD card for cache in the same way most embedded systems would use either a local disk or NVRAM. Try pulling the SD card and see if your printer works. On the P1, you will get a message to insert an SD card. I can’t speak for the X1, P2 or X2 series.
As a side note, I believe this is part of the reason in addition to an underpowered MCU, that the P1 is so slow in uploading and downloading files over WiFi. I benchmarked it at one point and the write speed was under 1Mb/s. That’s cell phone modem speeds by comparison.

Thanks I didn’t realize it used the SS card that way. I changed the ad card and problem appears to have stopped. Thanks again.
