Partially inconsistent print

Can someone please advise or explain where the problem is. Printed with PET-G filament with nozzle temperature set to 250oC and bed temperature is 70oC. This is practically the final layer, where you can see that the right side of the print is optically good and on the left side you can see threads and pucks and the print is very inconsistent in this area. As a beginner, I can’t explain where the problem is, so I’m asking for advice.

Lots of possibilities. Do you remember if the infill underneath that section looks good or not?

Also, how much infill is in that print?

What is the manufacturer of the PETG or is it a odd special type of PETG?

Which print profile was used?

The filling under this layer is fine. The problem is only in this mentioned layer. The filling is 15% Cross hatch 0.20mm standard. This is a standard PET-G manufactured by PM Mladec (CZ). You may notice that although not to such an extent, there are signs of this problem around the right front opening. But there is really only a hint, but to a very small extent.

P.S. Now I have another thought, this is a unique case and only related to this filament. Other PET-G material prints without problems of this type. I guess I am starting to think that this is not a completely high-quality filament and I have decided not to buy it again.
Maybe it is also a problem related to cooling, because the bad layer is closer to the fan, but I am not sure about that at all :frowning:

I see hints of a problem around the entire print, that led me to ask the question if it was a special PETG. My first guess is, it may just be printed too quickly for the PETG. Try going in to the filament profile and lowering the Max Volumetric speed by 30%.

You write about setting the max. volumetric speed to 30%. I have the speed set to 12mm3/s. Do I understand you correctly that I have to reduce the value here to the mentioned 30%, i.e. to 4mm3/s? Or did I misunderstand?
