I have a model that I have printed hundreds of times on all my printers. These past few days I can’t print any. After a couple centimeters they come off the plate. Literally 6 times today on two different A1’s. I’ve been on with AI all day. Z Hop. Gyroid infill.Temps all good. Different filaments. Clean plates. Reduce retraction for infill turned off. AI tells me that recent Bambu firmware screwed everything up but haven’t seen any talk of that here.
There’s no good reason for these models to come off the plates. And I’ve used many different plates. Even after they fail and I cancel the print, it takes no effort to remove them. They are not stuck.
Really freaking out. I need to build inventory of this product.
I did full calibration on multiple printers.
If you think the issue is due to the firmware update, then revert to a previous version. 
- Never change a running system - unless it’s absolutely necessary.
Just treat it as a learning experience. It’s not your fault, but you know better now. You shouldn’t do an update like this just before you need to print out products. I’m not trying to be a smartass - it’s happened to all of us - you only make this mistake once.
Just to be clear, it’s difficult to tell without photos. It could be something completely different. I mean, you know best when you did which firmware update and when the problems started.

If you feel it’s the update, then use Handy to revert to the previous firmware.
It’s confirmed, guys, update 2.00 is the problem!! I now have 1.00 and it’s working perfectly!! There’s hardly any warping anymore, I can’t believe it!!
