I wrote a review about the theft on the last one, it hasn’t appeared yet as I assume there is a vetting process that will almost certainly favour the thief.

Rules aren’t as clear as with copyright. But generally, you have to be licensed by the person (or the rights holder) before you can use their likeness. So while people printing and selling a model they don’t own is definitely a no-no, selling the likeness of a person without their permission probably is, too.
