These people are selling my exclusive model on Ebay amazon etc and violating my licensing. If possible can you help me get them taken down.

I wrote a review about the theft on the last one, it hasn’t appeared yet as I assume there is a vetting process that will almost certainly favour the thief.

yeah frustrating world full of thieves but we will see if makerworld can stand by their word. I reported the amazon ones , with link to my profile and licensing

The amazon links are now dead. Well the ones I clicked

They now have provision for “fast-tracking” reports in the support ticket option.

Did the license change when it became exclusive?

I know a lot of users said they changed their license, and there was talk about how that would affect this process.

If it has always used that license this is much easier.

Rules aren’t as clear as with copyright. But generally, you have to be licensed by the person (or the rights holder) before you can use their likeness. So while people printing and selling a model they don’t own is definitely a no-no, selling the likeness of a person without their permission probably is, too.
