Recently bought the H2D to print CF blended filaments from Bambu. Was able to run PPS-CF with the .4 nozzle just fine, but i’ve been struggling with the PET-CF. I had 2 builds go wonky around the 75% mark, but the thing that has me confused is when i removed the last failed parts from the build platform, the bottom layers stuck and delaminated from the part. There are even spots where it delaminated between individual layers.
This was brand new Bambu filament that was dried in before and during the print in my Sunlu drier per Bambu’s spec’d temps and duration.
PET is known for somewhat weak layer adhesion. I would try to print at a higher temp (+10c) and use some glue stick as a release layer so it does not rip the bottom off. You can also slow down the speed a bit for better inter-layer bonding.
Would need more info about the failure at 75% to give you more advice.
pei plate grabs too much on pet. basically stop using it. get any smooth/hi temp/holo and forget that horror, forever. I have a bq glacier, note i bought because it was available asap. other plates are probably the same imo
about delamination bambu wiki suggests to print fibers by object for optimal layer bonding for this exact issue
