Neither the X1C, nor the H2S have PETG-GF as an option.
Would using a Generic PTEG-CF filament selection work?
It is not clear if you refer to being able to choose a filament from Bambu Studio or the printers themselves. I will explain both.
- Bambu Studio
- Close all but one instance of Bambu Studio.
- Make sure you have installed any configuration updates shown when you open Bambu Studio.
- If you have closed Bambu Studio since the last configuration update, close Bambu Studio entirely and open it up again. ^^
- Select the Prepare Tab and select the filament configuration icon (cog).
- Locate the new filaments from the System Filaments list. The scroll bars can hide filament options, make sure you scroll both in each direction.
- Confirm your selections.
- Close Bambu Studio ^^
- Open Bambu Studio
- Select the Prepare Tab and try adding a new filament from the Bambu Lab sub-menu and then the filament type sub-menu. They should now be available.
- If your filaments are in an AMS, when you go to the Device Tab, you should se the installed spools with the matching correct types.
If you cannot see the correct filament, you ,say need to update the printer and AMS units. Some people have issues with this, it may not be needed.
- Printers
- Make sure each firmware version for the printer and AMS is up to date.
- IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE, you may not have to.
I use the BL PETG-CF profile to print Tinmorry PETG-GF filaments with perfect results (H2S using normal flow Tungsten 0.4mm and 0.6mm hotends).

If you are using Tinmorry PET-GF they have made print profiles available….

Thank you. Did I see a YouTube video this morning that said a .6mm nozzle is required for PETG-CF? You’re saying a .4 nozzle is fine?
