PetG HF Calibration

I’m I’m not sure if this the correct place to post this but I figured I would start here. I Wasn’t getting the results I wanted from the default profile for my BL PETG HF So I figured I would run through the flow dynamics and flow rate calibrations and that to help some but I’m thinking I can tweak it a little more and wanted to get some suggestions as to whether I’m expecting too much Or I can improve my results. Here are some pictures of the top surface after calibration with no ironing

It seems like the surface is OK in the middle but the outer edges are a little rough Is this normal or is there something I can do in my settings to improve the finish?

Here are the calibrated settings I used

To me that looks like overextrusion, too hot, maybe warping ?

I’m in the process of calibrating Bambu PETG-HF for overhangs.
Every color has it’s own settings due to materials used to make the color.

My PETG-HF Black settings are:
Flow ratio: 0.955
Nozzle intial: 230c Other layers: 230c

Retraction length: 0.5mm
Z hop when retract: 0.3mm

In quality tab
Top surface flow ratio: 1.04
Initial layer flow ratio 1.04

FYI Black color needs a lot of cooling, eg. i’m pushing lime green 260c

The 0.955 with top flow of 1.04 can still underextrude a bit. Maybe go 0.96-0.97.

I am rerunning flow rate calibration now using lower numbers so I will see, thank you

This is yours settings but using 1.02 for the Flow Ratio

I did a temp tower and increased the nozzle temp to 260 and the made your setting look even better
