PETG HF out of stock everywhere conspiracy theories anyone?

I think that’s clear to everyone. It would have been interesting to know what led to this stock issues  Surely no one forgot to reorder new ones for months at Bambu Lab ^^

Demand is very high, which leads to the stock not being able to keep up with the demand

It’s not that we don’t want to sell that filament, but it takes a bit of time to produce, distribute and ensure everyone can get it.

As mentioned, our team is hard at work and works towards bringing it back ASAP and keeping it in stock.

Fascinating. Thank you. Sold out for months, I would have thought there was a problem with raw materials or something. These are turbulent times, especially when viewed across national borders

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with all the fine details for this situation, but as mentioned before we are aware and want to make sure everyone enjoys it as soon as possible.

It’s less than ideal right now, but we hope that after it gets back in stock the issue is resolved, so we appreciate everyone’s patience until then.

But I want it nooooooooooooowwww :sob::sob::sob::sob:

I’m just being dramatic. That PETG-HF was my favorite filament though, so I’ve been getting the shakes ever since it went out of stock.

I traded my friend some ASA for some PETG-HF he had, haha. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do I guess. That only lasted me some long though, dang.

You’re not alone Bambu’s PETG HF is also my favorite PETG. I’ve been patiently waiting… Maybe we get a nice discount code for this outage as I’m holding off on prints that require PETG and I refuse to go with a different PETG brand.

Also, whatever the problem is, it seems that it is only affecting Bambu Lab.

There is some stock in Japan and Korean, so it doesn’t appear to have been universally pulled. Or maybe they are the test markets for the replacement.

I wonder if it’s a ploy to get us to try to switch to PLA Tough+. Timing makes me suspect…

Speculation here, but I wonder if the Bambu PETG-HF shortage may be related to it’s higher quality, as in you can print drones faster… It’s documented that Ukraine uses farms of Bambulab printers in its wartime production effort, perhaps a quality HF filament speeds things up.

UA produces ~5 million drones per year…
