Hi, I’m having issues when printing with PETG. When I have vertical holes, it leaves empty gaps and carries that defect for about 7 mm. Any suggestions on how to fix it? Has anyone else experienced this?
MATERIAL: RAPID PETG ELEGOO
LAYER HEIGHT: 0.2 mm
PERIMETERS: 3
INFILL: Gyroid at 15%
It looks like you need to do some calibration here.
On the top hole, it looks like your bridge material dropped to the bottom of the hole. But I might be mistaken here.
I would first start with a temperature tower. It might be a bit too hot.
I must admit that I have not seen this ever before.
