The position of filament in Bambu Studio doesn’t have to corelate with the AMS slots. Slice your model with petg and when you print it you can choose whichever slot has PETG in the AMS. It will only let you chose a slot that is PETG (which was manually assigned or recognized as Bambu PETG).
