Hi and Welcome to the madhouse, err, I mean Forum.
PETG is notoriously difficult to work with and the built in settings appear to work fine for some brands but not other (all are blends and vary from manufacturer to manufacturer).
But there’s hope! This PETG topic has be beaten to death on here and there’s settings you can use and other advice. Let me steer you to some answers (EDIT: Click the Blue Links):
First - a lonnng discussion on this, but I’ll jump you to the best settings. If you have some time you might read from the top, but from here down seems to solve it for most people:
The next thing - PETG is notorious for being shipped ‘damp’. ‘Wet’ filament can cause major problems.
I posted a couple responses to another user struggling with PETG, so here’s two posts about that (ignore the drama, he’d been beating his head on this problem and was really frustrated as it’s in a Production environment …):
The next is from the same thread, but has some more tips (again, ignore the drama LOL Happens in forums, eh?) -
Are you using Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer (the same but with some added features like two click Calibrations)?
