I have had the A1 mini for a while now and printed PLA and PETG. The Bambu PLA, CC3D PETG and Sunlu Hight speed Matte PETG I print comes out perfect.
However, I have this strange problem of tiny pits and overextrusions on Sunlu regular PETG (Dried for 8 hours 65c) and Bambu silk PLA (Dried 12h 50c still the same) only. Photoes as below, for Sunlu PETG:
Shows up on all surfaces including top surface, swapping with the CC3D PETG the problem goes away. I tried drying the Sunlu roll again for another 8 hours, no improvement.
Since this is filament specific, most likely my settings are off. Here is my profile:
Generic PETG profile with the following changes:
Nozzle: 245c
max vol speed 12 (tried down to 8 no change)
Flow ratio 0.94 (higher it builds up on the nozzle and causes random big blobs and messy top surface, lower the top surface becomes rougher)
Bed: 70c
Slicer settings are .4 nozzle, Textured PEI, .28 layer (tried .2 same issue), and the rest are on default.

Update here just to test I printed this vase cylinder and strangely it came out the most perfect. Photo below. I don’t know what to make of it now, only that the filament is properly dry and print profile might be fine?
