I have some product that I have done some PLA prints I have been happy with but would rather a softer surface for things to come in contact with (metals and hard plastics). But to do so I need to come up with the right material to use.
First, I really would like AMS support but it seems to be wildly variable what will work, and what won’t. Some people say that PTEG works in AMS, and some do not.
In my Bambu P1S there are no profiles for PLA Flex, so of course trying to dial in the right settings is fun /s. But again I am faced if PLA Flex can run in AMS?
Also I would benefit from a rigid base which would probably be best for PLA. Success of running a mix of PLA to start and then layer PLA Flex, PETG, or others and still get good adhesion?
