PLA matte color bleeding, no flush into infill

I made a print for a customer, the rings from color bleeding are so painful that I have to offer a refund. Flush into object’s infill was not checked, paint colors are matching real filament colors, and flush volumes were auto-calced by Bambu Studio. As I checked, from black to mandarin orange has a volume of 642, I know it is not max but after searching around I found that maximizing the flush does not necessarily solve the problem. Somehow other colors that also share the nozzle with black survived this problem (plum, nardo gray, even bone white), making it hard to believe it can be so bad for mandarin orange.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Even a more accurate flush volume chart would be helpful…

Flush to maximum and try again. I get you’re disappointed, but the model you are showing probably only has 50 mm3 volume of orange per layer, you’ve got a LOT of room before you run out of runway (max flush)

edit: do it with the other colors too, into orange. I see black, gray, AND red invading your orange.
