PLA print Residue

Hello.I have a print problem.
As you can see in the image, filament lumps form around the 1st to 5th printing layers.
How can I prevent these lumps (residues) from forming?

Welcome to the forum! Can you give us a few more details? What brand PLA and what temperature are you printing at? Is it possible it’s damp?

I use a Bambu Lab Basic PLA and Creality Space pi is used at 55℃.
The A1 mini 0.2 nozzle temperature is 220°C and the smooth plate is used at 60°C.

I think the fan speeds might be the problem. What made you lower them to those levels?

If the fan speed is not reduced to a certain extent, the print will cool down too quickly and the corners of the print will warp, so we have to lower it.

I saw this site and tried it.

What’s the ambient temperature of the room? Is there air blowing directly towards the printer like from the air conditioner? As an experiment, take the textured plate, scrub it really good with soap and water. Then try to print this same model with it and the part fan set to all the default settings just to see how it looks.

The area around the 3D printer is as shown in the image, with room temperature at about 22-26°C and humidity at around 50%.
I’ll reset the fan settings tomorrow and try printing again!

I have a Neptune 4 Max in a very similar enclosure  So you have the drafts covered. Let us know how it comes out with the fans reset. If that fixes this problem we can work on the warping in other ways.

I printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and it came out beautifully!
Also, with a 0.2mm nozzle, I set the cooling fan to the default settings and the number of layers without cooling to 3, and it printed very beautifully!

Thank you for your advice:)))
