PLA Support Material and Wall defects

I’m using both an X1C and A1 machine.
PLA Basic model material and PLA Support material (both Bambu) for builds.
Using standard flush volumes and have Auto calibrated materials.
0.4 Nozzle
Prime setting flush into object support option is the only option selected.
I commonly print 8 walls on models I build.

I’m seeing the PLA Support material color showing thru the walls and a wall boundary change, A step on the outer most wall.
In the attached images, I’m using Black PLA Support and Read Basic Model filament. Two of the images clearly show that where the Support interface layer is used, the model shows the Black color and an outer wall step.
I’m thinking this is a Flush volume issue however the Wall change doesn’t make sense. Suggestions?

  1. Don’t group your pics into one, just upload them individually because I cant see through the compression very well to see much besides the support material in all the wrong places. I can see the wall defects but full res photos and macro images would give me more to work with
  2. if this is a saved 3mf file you are working from try making a new project, loading in the models again with new or different supports
  3. try going back to bambu PLA default filament profiles (minus the aux fan for the x1)
  4. rule out z axis wear by making a tower/block/large benchy with the red filament and seeing if the layer lines show in the same places
  5. this is a really weird and unique problem that could be caused by a multitude of problems from nozzle damage/wear/clog for wall quality to a slicer bug/user or setting error within the filament profile.

Thank you Skaard,
Point taken about images, it was too late for me to go back and redo the images. I knew I really lost a lot of content, but I had discarded the builds and images by then.

The model lines show up at Maijor model Height transitions. I could not believe that the worst wall defects were from builds without supports of any kind but had the most model height change. 'I solved the one issue by flipping the model over and using supports over the entire build.

The lines do not show up at the same Z Axis heights, they are model related.
