Hi I’m using PLA transparent on a smooth pei plate and every time it gets to the overhang at the top it takes the print off the bed and ruins the print
With such limited information, it could be anything—or nothing at all.
It might be a dirty build plate, a bed temperature that’s too high or too low, or even incorrect nozzle temperature. At this point, almost anything is possible.
Could you share your printing temperature, bed temperature, and whether you’ve properly dried the filament?
If possible, please also share the model itself.
Ok so I’m using a smooth pei plate at 60 celcius 220 nozzle and i dried it for 6 hours at 40 celsius

Not sure if that’s the main issue here, but drying PLA at 40 °C for only six hours is usually not sufficient — it typically needs 6–8 hours at around 45–50 °C, depending on your dryer.
PLA is fairly forgiving though, so this alone might not cause the failure.
Are you using any adhesive on the bed?
And what brand of filament are you printing with?
Do you have a pic of the actual failed print?
Bambu lab and no adhesives but I think the nozzle clogs a bit at the same part every time

I dried the filament for 8 hours at 45 degrees and now its printing perfectly. Thanks
