Plate scraping after blob cleanup

Well, I ran some PLA that I believe was wet and had a pretty significant blob incident.

Completely tore down the print head and cleaned everything, all looked fine but now my plates are getting scraped while printing the first layer and extruder is clicking (some clicking when homing as well).

I’ve taken everything apart - twice, cleaned and checked for clogs but nothing. Happening with both my .2 and .4 nozzles as well as two different plates.

Extruder looks fine, nothing showing in visual inspection and once the first layer is done everything works fine. Happening with PLA and PETG filament.

Is the heating element to blame?
Do I need to re-calibrate z-offset somehow?

Not sure where to go next with this, thanks!

The same thing happened to me. All I did after my bed was completely scratched was manually move the X-axis with the printer off. And when I turned it on, I ran a full calibration (adding autoleveling funtion in bambustudio too).

This way, my next print came out perfect.

I hope you can fix it!

I ran all of the calibrations, even did a factory reset - still the same issue. Glad you got yours sorted though!

Estamos en el mismo problema con una de mis impresoras y la verdad es que no encuentro informacion, tengo 24 impresoras y en menos de 6 meses le hecho mantemiento a muchas y tengo 6 fuera de servicio!
