I’m new in Bambulab community and now I’m wondering if plates of P1S are compatible with new P2S model which I bought few months ago. I want to buy some of Bambu 3D Effect Plates but It is not written if they are compatible with my machine

Yes.
A1, P1, X1, P2, X2 are all compatible. The only thing that might not work is the plate detection.

Would it in this case make sense to use one of the Build Plate QR covers that are available in MakerWorld, or are they only for third party plates?
Yes you may use those models to make it compatible
