Please Bambu, Make Sync Mode and Slice mode settings retentive

Please Bambu, Make Sync Mode and Slice mode settings in Bambu Studio retentive. Supper annoying that these settings have to be changed every time I want to use them.

If I don’t change sync from mapping to overwriting it will chose the wrong nozzle for the filament that is already installed in a different ams and won’t let me change it unless I re-slice even though I selected PC FR in slot A4 on the slicer while creating the file. I don’t care about filament saving mode for the type of prints I do I just want convenience mode and I have to switch it manually every time I re-open bambu studio. Please just make these two modes retentive where they remember the last setting we used. Or put an option in the preferance section.

Thank you for this post!

I think you need a degree to understand the difference between mapping and overwriting. Bambu is so user friendly and everything about the printer is amazing… speed, UI. However, please stop making drastic changes to the studio lab. Or if you do at least make sure they’re not so confusing.

I’m at the point where I cringe when I see a new Studio release because of issues like understanding the difference between mapping and overwriting. I still do not understand how to sync the AMS filaments to my A1. Can anyone point me to a well-written explanation of this change?
