Please community, I need help. I have been saving gift cards for a while, and today that the p2s exhaust have came bach to stock, i said “lets order it with some accesories”. So i added an 80€ cart. I didn’t pay a cent. Then i realized i accidentally ordered 2 exhausts, so since i was on time, I canceled the order (after I’d paid and it said “processing”). When i modified the cart and went to pay, the gift cards weren’t there. Does anyone have any experience? Please answer fast!
Have you contacted support (Live Chat)? They should be able to help you with your issue better than we can.

usually the remaining balance of a gift card goes back to the gift card page as the remaining amount on the card you used, let say 40 usd car and you spent 38, so the gift card in the gift card section will show a 2 usd balance.
now im assuming refunds, cancelled purchases has the same system (it could take time to reflect on the gift card page).
but i would urge you to contact support because its better to bring the attention to your matter.

What do you mean the gift cards weren’t there? The cards don’t disappear even after they have been used. If the cards had been applied to the purchase, they would show a balance of zero or whatever amount was left.
If you see balance zero or a less than the full card amount for these cards, contact the support and get them to look into it.
