first questions:
is your filament really dry?
is your plate clean( brushed with dish detergent)?
My filament (PLA) is at 24%, and after my first failure I washed the plate.
Filament is usually saturated at much lower values. So I assume the 24% are actually relative air humidity around the spool? If that is the case, definitely dry it. The vacuum bags do not conpletely stop moisture ingress so after weeks at sea, especially new rolls can be quite moist.
As for cleaning, the textured plate is well known for working flawlessly for weeks, … until it suddenly doesn’t.
In my case, it then needs repeated and really vigorous deep cleaning with a clean, stiff brush, plenty of water and dishwashing liquid.
This need comes from residue, dust and oils accumulating in the textured plates valleys and being “baked in” over weeks.

Good instinct to clean the plate + recalibrate
The pieces are a little unrecognizable, can you share the 3mf or a screenshot of the slicer of what its supposed to be?
And also, what’s the underside of that print [where it is supposed to be attached to the bed] look like?
Try slowing down the print, that might help temporarily. Also, try using the other side of the plate.

I have an AMS lite in an “Ultimate Filament Spool Enclosure”. The ambient humidity is 41% - it’s 24% inside the enclosure. That’s really just in the last week or so since it’s started to warm up here. Before that, the enclosure was down to 10%. I’ll look at that to see if I have an air leak somehow.
I will also re-wash (vigorously) the plate. And I’ll try printing on the other side.

PLA isnt very aggressive in how it wants to uptake water, it’s timescale for me is in months from dry → needing redry. It can definitely come to you wet though, and is actually kind of likely, so dry at least once and take moderate efforts to keep it dry and youre good IMO.
I think you need to put some eyes on the first layer as it lays that down. I’m guessing that it isn’t sticking very well and might give some insight if you can see any pattern. The cleaning regimen should be obsessed with removing invisible oils - hot water, mild soap, clean drying cloth, use gloves or only the edges to handle it, etc. But it might not be sticking because it might be too far away or too close, etc. Try to find the reason for that and youll get a lil closer.
Try doing a print without the AMS lite, that would eliminate the AMS being the issue. If the print still fails, it is the printer.
I had a problem like that once and I just washed it and it was better. I’ve heard of people using a glue stick but I’ve never tried so I don’t know how well that would work.
Well, thank you all for your input. As it turns out, I had swapped out my nozzle from a 02.mm to a 0.4 mm. While I somehow had made a good print (although I did see a flaw that I dismissed), it was the two attempts after that that failed. So I thought, maybe it’s a problem with the nozzle, so I went to change the nozzle and found I hadn’t installed the silicone boot properly. Fixed that and tried a quick print and it worked perfectly!! As usual, it was user error.

did u try printing a first layer?, i had a similar issue it could be several things, in my case it was the hotend assambly screws were loose, thigten them solved my issue, but like i said it could be several things your printing config for example, like the temperature, speed, etc.
