Whats going on here? Thought it was a cloggded hotend, so i switched it out for a new one. Thought it was the filament, so I got a fresh roll. I just cant get a print.
Any ideas

What filament are you using?
A stock filament profile or a custom one?

Used a fresh roll of Polymaker Matte PLA.
Used the stock benchy that is on the sd card. As well as sliced my own print with the stock profile. Using Bambu Studio
The benchy and stock profile is set up for Bambu filament which is higher flowing.
If you print the benchy in silent mode (50 percent reduced speed) does it print better? You will probably need a custom filament profile for your 3d party matte filament with reduced speeds and applicable temperature settings.

Just to be doubly sure, you ran a calibration after switching the hotend, right?
If that is this stuff… the high speed should be OK (Polymaker suggests 300mm/sec max).
When I see your picture, I see too high of a temp. Considering that is a completely automatic profile print, the issue isn’t in the settings. But there could be a problem with the fan(s). Doublecheck you can identify all fans in the chamber are working correctly. I would imagine you can do this by simply turning the on and playing with the fans and speeds in the slicer or control panel, and that should prove they are working fine or identify a problem.
How long did you dry your new, fresh roll of filament? Did you calibrate it with your new nozzle?

Did it solved? Because I had the same solution with clogged head 
Especially with new filament just out of the pack, dry it (for hours) before use. Filament is (I understand) extruded into or run through a water bath during manufacturing, and presumably they don’t always get all the moisture out of every spool.

Bambu stated in this forum that they actually do dry the filament. But the bags do allow some moisture through. Even the metallized bags other companies use only slow down moisture ingress.
And with long travel times across the seven seas…
Qidi actually uses its bags water transmission in advertising. I still dry them though 
Look like partial clog to me, like, a small dust particle of 0.4mm that cannot squeeze through the nozzle but not fully block the flow.
The chance of that spool has more than one foreign particles like that is quite high. In fact, it could be the whole batch was contaminated.
I am sure they wouldn’t build a dust free facility like those silicon foundries (ie, TSMC or SMIC…) just to to roll filament into spools from pellets
You are just unlucky one
Ended up doing a factory reset and that fixed it. Jut borked from the factory I guess
