Gift Cards expire 1 year after they are obtained from the points shop.
However, I’m unclear if actual “points” have an expiration date.
Do points expire?
Nope, they don’t. It’s still advisable to obtain gift cards as quickly as possible though, as BambuLab can increase the points required for a gift card at any time and without warning.

Thanks for the info.
Increasing the points required for a Gift Card after the recent 70% reduction in points earning power for models with over 1K downloads (0.3x multiplier) would be a terrible way to treat the community.
Hopefully that doesn’t happen on top of everything else negatively impacting points recently.

Yeah, it would be a terrible way to treat the community, but at the end of the day they are a profit oriented company, not our friends. If their math says the benefit of increasing the point requirement outweighs whatever problems a disappointed community brings, you better believe they won’t think twice.
