Starts out great and as soon as I say “Sweet looks good” and go outside I come back in to this. Anyone have a good ref for starting out wiith ABS? Its an Ipad Holder for my airplane so I need high heat tolerance
Zero “object brim gap”
Zero “elephants foot compensation”
Get the chamber as hot as you can and don’t open the door.
Use the PEI High temp plate as it has the best adhesion I’ve found for ABS. I think it’s called “PEI smooth plate” now.

Adding to what Jon said:
Vision Miner adhesive works almost too well but I’ve had that as a backup just in case.
Someone on Makersworld has clamps you can print so the build plate won’t lift off the bed in the corners if you run into that.
What worked for me is: making a custom chamber heater to keep the chamber between 50-55C and adding external insulation (HPPS from IBW additive).
Hopefully some of that helps!
