If not using support material i use-
-tree auto or tree slim
-build plate only
-max bridge length from 10mm down to 4-5mm
With lower max bridge length there is more surface for the first layer to print on. this makes removing supports tougher, but leaves the first layer after supports able to be finished cleaner than under extruded.
