Poor print quality around z-seam

I have a file that seems to be consistently problematic…it’s a game components box, printing on a Bambu P2S, using Bambu PLA. I’ve tried printing the standard profile, and with calibrated flow rate and flow dynamice but no difference (except a calibrated profile seems to change the tolerances as the lid can’t slide on with a calibrated print)

As you can see, around the z-seam it looks poor with some inconsistent banding - what’s going on here and how can I fix it?

I’ve tried a few things and gotten nowhere, so I’m completely stuck!

I have no idea how well you have calibrated your filament, but given that it’s a Bambu PLA, even its default profile shouldnt be that much off. I would try slowing down the outer perimeters at least to 100 mm/s, and if there are no terrible overhangs, maybe go for the outer/inner wall order. I’m personally a fan of the scarf joint seam, but I’m using Orca and not sure if or how well it is in Bambu Studio.
