@SupportAssistant Please forward to the devs, that the top-surface and first layer quality is decreased with the actual latest firmware. With the previous version all is good, reproducable by switching firmware states.

Kingroon PETG green @ Generic PETG Bambu Profile without any changes. Fresh H2C with latest firmware and calibrated + Vision Encoder.
Print: Anpassbare Box mit Schiebedeckel (Parametrische Box) – Kostenloses 3D-Druckmodell – MakerWorld
With exact same settings this box comes out perfect with 1.0.0.1 and failes on surfaces with 1.1.1.2. Tested multiple times.

To help us properly troubleshoot the issue and identify the root cause, we’ll need the details mentioned earlier.

Our testing has not revealed any issues with the latest firmware so far.

I got into this issue last night again and got it fixed. It´s highly recommanded to do a factory reset when major changes in firmware where made. Recalibrating doesn´t fix circumstances like this is my conclusion. Thank you

Which proves your “issue report” was nothing else than typical newbie error.
And thats why you need to prove every breath you take when its about reporting something to a company.
While I’m not keen in the way the issue had been reported and followed up by @DeeSea, I don’t get why this should be a newbie error.
In case it is correct what @DeeSea wrote and a factory reset fixed it - is it written somewhere in Bambu’s docs that there should be a factory reset after firmware upgrades? If so, I missed that, too. And I read a lot, if not all H2’s docs. Still I can’t promise I haven’t forgotten most of it already. 
All I can Do for my very rude “busy” reaction was to describe how it has been solved. I got a lil angry about that I provided Filament, Printersettings and Model and it wasnt still not enough, hence people observe the same quality drop over some threads here. I think its easy for someone @ Bambu to start a print with the given specs to clearify. It is impossible to upload pictures in todays regular sizes, every picture needs to be compressed before. I guess at this point I pulled the bail out trigger. Sorry, it wasnt a good day and I will provide more helpful content in future
i agree that this is not a “newbie” error. I do it this way, but only because i read about in the forum. If this needs to be done after an update and a fresh calibration alone is not enough than this has to be part of the update process (either with just a forced reset or some visible info).
