Possible bug with 3D models sorting

I’ve noticed a potential bug with the way 3D models are sorted on the platform. When I filter the models by downloads in the last 7 days, my model, which has over 3k downloads in that timeframe, doesn’t show up.

I’ve double-checked that the filter is set correctly and that my model meets all the other criteria, but it still doesn’t appear in the results. This could be a bug with the sorting algorithm, or it could be something else.

I’ve reached out to the platform support team to let them know about the issue, and I’ll update this thread if I hear back from them. In the meantime, if anyone else has noticed this issue, please let me know.

I feel the same way about this. There’s definitely some manipulation going on here.

interesting. 30 days and the year timeframe display your model correctly.

They responded to me:

We want to clarify that “7 days” indicates models that have been uploaded within the past seven days.
Since your model was uploaded earlier, it does not appear in the selection.
If you choose “30 days”, your model can be seen.
