When I open any .3mf file it opens to the Prepare tab with more than half the screen is blacked out (upgrading to Beta 2.7.0.55 didn’t fix the issue) and the project is compressed. I have a new (within 12 months) MS Surface Pro and a P1S with AMS Pro2.
I am having the same issue as well and have tried multiple fixes with no luck - even deleting the app and reinstalling it. Can anyone offer any suggestions? TIA.
Sometimes I can get it to open normally if I use the Bambu Labs desktop icon instead of trying to open an actual .3mf file. Once it opens, I then use the Open project to search for my saved files.
This isn’t intended to be a fix, just a data point, if you download orcaslicer and open its prepare tab, do you see the exact same screen halving?
I’ve never tried Orcaslicer, I’ll look into it, but again, sometimes I can get the full view by opening the Bambu app, then opening a 3mf file from there.
