The lines I got when calibrating with the 0.4 nozzle were much cleaner than these. Is this how it is supposed to be? I can tell from this test that I should probably set it to 0.20 but was wondering if this is how it is for everyone else too. Also the line height and width settings were 0.40mm and 2mm as these are the settings I intend to print at. I don’t know if they have an effect on the calibration though or if you should just keep the standard profile when calibrating.
It seems the Line Calibration, uses 50% of nozzle diameter for the layer height.
So no matter what Layer height you set in the profile, it basically ignores that.
I can imagine that the layer height has influence on the PA, but I don’t think it is that much. Its more about the pressure buildup between the extruder and the nozzle tip.
