Prime Tower extra lines ? Is this new?

Hi All,
Printing with an H2D.
Left nozzle : PETG , Right Nozzle : PLA+

While printing with PLA+, and using PETG as an interface layer. The Prime Tower creates what seems to be unnecessary horizontal lines off the sides of the tower. The lines droop downward and cause “spaghetti” warnings. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution to resolve it? See photos.
