Prime Tower Order and Orientation

I have been using the Aux nozzle to place txt on the first layer or two of a print. The aux nozzle begins printing the part before it builds up pressure with the prime tower. Then after the color is completely done, it places the color on the prime tower before switching to the main nozzle and color.

Direct printing to the part often causes blobs, so I temporarily resolved it with a skirt around the perimeter.

I am now in a situation where I cant use the skirt because the perimeter extends into the “Left Nozzle Area Only” portion of the print.

Is there a way to force the prime tower to be used prior to printing the part?

Second, is there a way to change the orientation of a 4mm prime tower from the Y axis to the x axis?

I have attached a simplified 3MF project file that illustrates this behavior.
