Print blocked

the print is blocked and cannot be erased bambulab a1 mini

please help me i need resolve it i am very :smiling_face_with_tear:

have u tried switching it off and on?

I had that happen once. I just had to let it sit for a while and it cleared on it’s own. I think it was a server issue.

Can I assume the downloading message disappears after you turn it off and turn it back on again?

Assuming that is true, a common issue that could cause this SD card related.

If you have a spare SD card, try that, make sure to format it before use.

If not, copy the contents of the SD card you use onto a computer as a backup.

Format the card and try again.

If all works, copy the files back to the newly formatted SD card.

In my case it came back after a restart. As I said, I think it was a server side issue, and I could not do anything on the app or the printer screen because it would always say the printer was busy.

Since the OP’er has not posted again, i assume its resolved.
