Print didn't pause at the end of filament

Hi, I run a standalone P2S (no AMS, no filament buffer). When my spool ran out of filament, the printer did not notice it and continued printing in mid-air… why ?

Does anyone had the same issue ? I wonder if it is only a feature of AMS and filament buffer, or if it is just my P2S malfunctionning.

Welcome to the forum.

I would check to see if your filament sensors is stuck. This would cause the symptom you are seeing. The printer should pause then the filament runs out.

Ok great. Thanks that link is very helpful. I will check inspect it let you know if this was the cause.
