We got it on the bigger printers - meanwhile i cant do it (with latest FW ofc) with my A1M @ AMS HT…

Very frustrating while one printer can do it, the other cant atm ;(

I think that is on purpose, it is the cheapest model for a reason, I don’t think you can expect to ever get that. If you really want it then the A class isn’t for you. Makes sense to me.
I agree, why not, you can dry but not print and dry, and the AMS HT has it’s own power feed.
…and on the printer next to my A1M, on the X2D/P2S, its no problemo at all
got 2x AMS HTs connected to the A1M (they are small an fit IKEA Kallax) - yeah the A-series is the entry level, but when the device is compatible to: throw more money on AMSs to connect to the printer, then the printer costs itself, why cut this feature out??
i use this combo for space reasons and for the price we paiing for the “filament dryer” aka AMS HT, that costs double the money a normal third party one would and still cant do what he is able to do (even though its his own vendor ecosystem…) - its ridiculous to me that we are not getting this here.
I use my A1 Mini mostly with a 0.2 nozzle to print miniatures and would still like to be able to dry while printing, it’s just not fair 
I would have thought you could print directly from something like the Polydryer by Polymaker? Granted that’s only with one colour, but there are similar options for multiple spool dryer / feeders if you had the AMS unit for your A1.
