I have figured it out… the guy who made the design did a poor job at designing that pot. Ive tested out my printer and it prints perfectly. Turns out, when he made the design he made the cutouts first, and then covered the back side with a shape. The pattern of the zits exactly follow the cutouts to the point.

There are comments on that profile that show the same pattern as i had.
You can actually see the flaw in the Studio prepare tab if you put a bright colour on the object.
